kfbd Terms & Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms. By accessing the kfbd website at kfbd.club, creating a player account, or placing any wager or playing any game on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kfbd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 Definitions. In these Terms & Conditions, "kfbd", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the kfbd platform and its operating entity. "You", "player", and "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the kfbd platform. "Platform" means the kfbd website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at kfbd.club. "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the platform. "BDT" and "৳" refer to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the platform are denominated.

1.3 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English text. Any translation provided for convenience is not legally binding. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kfbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

1.6 Amendments. kfbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Revised terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.7 Waiver. Failure by kfbd to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of kfbd's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later date.

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with kfbd at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether directly in your own name or indirectly through third parties, altered personal details, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held across those accounts will be subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kfbd username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your legal and financial responsibility. kfbd will never contact you proactively to request your password or OTP. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

3.3 Account Update Obligations. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. If your name, address, phone number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your kfbd account profile without undue delay. kfbd is not liable for failed payments, missed promotional notifications, or communication failures arising from outdated account information.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. kfbd employs automated fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. If kfbd detects activity that it reasonably suspects constitutes fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct, kfbd reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter fully before taking any further action. kfbd will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. kfbd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts where a positive balance exists, once the account has been dormant for 12 consecutive months. You will be notified by email before the fee is first applied. The fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.

Account Balance and Currency

3.6 Currency. All kfbd account balances are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Any payment made to kfbd in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. kfbd accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.

3.7 Non-Transferability. Your kfbd account and any balance held within it are personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account or its balance will render the account subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balance.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on kfbd are subject to acceptance by kfbd at its sole discretion. kfbd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time and without explanation, including bets placed by customers who kfbd determines to be professional bettors, arbitrage bettors, or those who have previously exploited system errors or pricing mistakes.

5.2 Confirmed Bets. A bet is only deemed confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account betting history with a unique bet reference number. kfbd is not responsible for bets that fail to be confirmed due to internet connectivity issues, browser failures, or other technical problems on your side.

5.3 Palpable Errors. kfbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or conditions that resulted from a manifest error in pricing, market creation, or system data. This includes but is not limited to incorrectly listed teams, wrong match dates, transposed odds, or data feed failures. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency and data-feed conditions. kfbd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed on markets that were inadvertently left open after an event result was known. Bets placed after a decisive event has occurred — even if accepted by the system — may be voided at kfbd's discretion.

5.5 Match Abandonment and Postponement. Rules regarding abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events vary by sport and market type and are detailed in the specific sport rules pages on the kfbd platform. As a general principle, if a sporting event is not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be recalculated without the voided selection.

5.6 Maximum Winnings. kfbd applies maximum single-transaction winnings caps by product category. These caps are displayed in the relevant product section and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings in excess of the applicable cap will not be paid. kfbd reserves the right to apply individual player-level limits at its discretion.

5.7 Lottery. Lottery draws are conducted at the times specified in the lottery product section. Tickets must be purchased before the cut-off time specified for each draw. Lottery prizes will be credited to your kfbd account balance automatically following official draw results. kfbd's lottery outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes.

7.1 Fraud and Dishonesty. You must not engage in any form of fraud, deception, or dishonesty in connection with your use of the kfbd platform. This includes providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account, and making fraudulent chargeback or dispute claims to your payment provider in respect of legitimate kfbd transactions.

7.2 Money Laundering. You must not use the kfbd platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of criminal conduct. kfbd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and all funds within the account may be frozen.

7.3 Match Fixing and Corruption. You must not bet on, or in any way participate in, the manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event. Betting on events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement — as a player, official, coach, or in any other capacity — is strictly prohibited. kfbd cooperates with sports governing bodies including the ICC and BCB in the detection and reporting of match-fixing activity.

7.4 Use of Automated Systems. The use of robots, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the kfbd platform in a manner not available to a standard human user is strictly prohibited. kfbd uses technical measures to detect automated usage and will close accounts found to be in breach of this rule.

7.5 Exploitation of Errors. You must promptly report any technical error, software bug, pricing mistake, or system malfunction that you encounter on the kfbd platform to [email protected]. Deliberately exploiting errors to gain an unfair financial advantage — including placing bets on incorrectly priced markets before they are corrected — is prohibited. Any profits derived from exploiting errors will be voided and recovered.

7.6 Collusion. Players must not collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the kfbd platform. This applies to all products, including poker-style games, casino tournaments, and sports betting pools. Accounts identified as operating in coordination with other accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage will be closed and their balances forfeited.

7.7 Intellectual Property. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content published on the kfbd platform without kfbd's prior written consent. All trademarks, game content, graphical assets, and written material on the kfbd platform are the property of kfbd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
